SA Sites is a website service for South African businesses, run by Tristan Boettiger. You can reach us at tristan@sasites.co.za or on WhatsApp at 082 893 4601.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide:

• Business name (if provided)
• Phone number (optional)
• The message you send us

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss building or managing a website for you. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who processes it

Our contact form is delivered through Web3Forms, which passes your message to our inbox. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages. These providers process your data only to deliver these services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a working relationship, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email tristan@sasites.co.za.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
